Susanna has lived in Rye for the past 25 years, so she has an intimate knowledge of the Sound Shore communities she represents. Having seen four boys through the Rye City School District, she is a true local resource on everything from education to eating out! She’s also an expert on international moves – born in Ireland (dual citizen) she’s lived in Paris, Saint-Nazaire, Geneva, London, Dublin, Amsterdam and Minneapolis, so she is adept at working with international clients to give them expert guidance every step of the way.

Susanna has many other strings to her bow – she is fluent in French, she’s a Global Ambassador for Trinity College in Dublin, she’s a presenter and editor of Rye TV, she’s a keen photographer, she has a passion for environmental conservation and she’s known to frequent almost every big soccer game Rye hosts!

Susanna is an Associate Real Estate Broker. She has both Masters and Bachelor’s degrees from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and a diploma in international trading from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers in Paris, France.

Susanna was the listing agent on our previous family home in Rye, NY. Her knowledge and expertise were second to none and helped us achieve our sale at a very attractive price. Susanna was incredibly responsive and ensured the process was as low stress as possible. We will list our current home with Susanna when it is time to sell. Susanna was our agent when we moved to Rye in 2011. Initially we rented a house and Susanna’s knowledge of the area and her ability to match it to our needs was exceptional. When we decided to buy some years later, we went back to Susanna and her advice about what works long term and short term when thinking of investing in a property in the area was very valuable. She showed enormous patience and good humor throughout as we procrastinated a few times on different properties. When we purchased our home ( which we love) Susanna put us in touch with local law firms to help close the deal. I loved that throughout all of this I could meet Susanna for a coffee or she would take me in her car and drive around all the neighborhoods to just get a feel for the place, learn about the local attractions and sports clubs and understand the options for the public and private schools ( Susanna introduced me to other moms in the area so we could talk about the children’s experiences). I would recommend Susanna highly and have done so many times to other friends of mine who are considering a move

Susanna is THE BEST realtor ever. She was so patient with us in our house search (which took quite a while) and had so much knowledge about the area we were searching in and as first time house buyers she really was a mentor to us as well which helped tremendously. She is so personal and really listens to what your wants and needs are and doesn't try to push you into something you aren't comfortable with. She was so responsive to all texts/calls/emails no matter what time of day. She bent over backwards for us in so many ways and we will forever be grateful for her. There is no other realtor I would ever recommend besides Susanna!
